THE MYTH OF A "RUNAWAY" CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION IN 1787

I am a supporter of the Convention of States ("COS") which is in the process of becoming a reality at this moment in time.

One of the arguments against such a COS is that in 1787 the states gathered to simply fix the Article of Confederation but then it turned into a "runaway" constitutional convention, which then gave us the U.S. Constitution.

From the Convention of States website:

"Ever been told the Constitutional Convention in 1787 "ran away"?

"If so, you're not alone. The myth has been circulating for decades, but it's just that -- a myth.

"Now George Soros is trying to undermine the Convention of States effort by spreading that myth to state legislatures around the country.

"Watch the video below to learn about the new research that shows why the 1787 did not run away."

Please take time to watch and read THIS. Take the time to educate yourself on the truth. I promise, it's worth it.
